About the

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Analyst to join the Strategy & Corporate Development team. This role will play a critical part in defining the long-term product strategy for our next-generation autonomous aircraft portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bridge engineering, business strategy, market intelligence, and customer needs to shape future aircraft concepts. You will leverage market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and technical feasibility assessments to develop product roadmaps and strategic recommendations that drive the company's next generation of products.

This position is ideal for professionals with deep experience in aerospace product strategy, defense, or advanced mobility programs who thrive in cross-functional, highly technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

Define and develop long-term product strategy for future aircraft platforms.

Build product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.

Create business cases for future product investments and strategic initiatives.

Translate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights into actionable product requirements.

Establish product-market fit by balancing customer value, engineering complexity, and operational cost. Product Requirements Definition Translate market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into detailed product specifications.

Define next-generation aircraft capabilities, including:

Payload

Range

Cruise speed

Aircraft volume

Autonomy capabilities

Collaborate with engineering and R D teams to develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Technical & R D Collaboration:

Convert customer needs into technical product requirements.

Guide R D teams by defining desired aircraft features and operational capabilities.

Support engineering teams in evaluating technical trade-offs and configuration options.

Align engineering development with long-term business strategy.

Autonomy Strategy:

Develop autonomy product strategies and roadmaps.

Define autonomy behaviors, sensor requirements, and operational capabilities.

Support development of autonomous systems aligned with customer Concepts of Operations (ConOps).

Operational Planning:

Identify and analyze future operational use cases across both commercial and defense markets.

Define operational scenarios including:

Cargo logistics

CASEVAC

Island resupply

Maritime surveillance

Evaluate operational integration requirements with existing defense and government infrastructure.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Analyze defense solicitations and emerging aerospace market opportunities.

Develop strategic recommendations for new product positioning.

Identify customer segments and prioritize target markets.

Business Development Support:

Partner with Business Development teams on customer engagement strategies.

Support proposal development, solution definition, and pricing strategies.

Develop cost models and operating cost targets for future aircraft programs.

Align commercial solutions with customer requirements and internal capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in one of the following; Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, Finance, or in related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years with a Master's degree OR 5+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in product strategy, product management, aerospace engineering, defense, or technical business strategy.
