Location Rogers, Arkansas, United States of America Category Sales Job Id Req-039128 Job Type Full time Office Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will maintain data and reporting to support our Walmart Grocery sales team, helping drive growth across iconic grocery brands including Hunt's, Rotel, Pam, Duncan Hines, and Wolf. You will gather data from multiple sources to create reports that support sales reviews, customer business reviews, pricing analysis, distribution tracking, and trend identification while driving actionable insights. You will partner with Customer Business Managers and Sales Directors to prioritize business needs, support trade management activities, and contribute to forecasting and planning efforts. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Create, track, submit, and adjust trade events within trade management systems. Help develop and maintain the annual business plan within the Trade Management tool. Update internal systems to reflect current item distribution and assortment changes. Utilize multiple data sources, including Circana, Scintilla, and Crisp, to analyze market share, pricing, distribution, and business trends. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and trade event execution to identify opportunities and recommendations. Research, document, and resolve deductions and post-audit activities. Set up new items and maintain item catalog data with a focus on content accuracy and quality. Update pricing changes within customer systems and monitor the impact of retail price changes. Coordinate meetings and communications with Customer Business Managers and key stakeholders. Support distribution, feature, display, and marketing activation initiatives to improve product visibility and availability. Partner cross-functionally to assess the impact of modular resets, including store walks, shelf image collection, and pre- and post-analysis. Create, maintain, and automate standardized reporting using raw data sources. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business partners and team members. Provide ad hoc category, customer, and item-level analysis to support customer planning and business development. Ingredients Required for Your Success Collaborative approach to work across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Bachelor's Degree required. 1+ year of retail analytics, sales analytics, category management, or related analytical experience. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience using pivot tables, lookup formulas, data visualization tools, and large datasets to identify and communicate business insights. Experience analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with Walmart Scintilla and syndicated data sources such as Circana helpful but not required. Experience creating automated and standardized reporting solutions preferred. Number of Days in

Compensation Pay Range:
$64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
