This role contributes to new product feasibility and commercialization, product lifecycle management, brand asset development, reporting and analysis, and brand marketing activations. Essential Job Functions Support new product feasibility by developing costing analyses, aggregating data for new item setup, and generating and maintaining product information for commercialization. Coordinate closely with Innovation, R D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure, assess, and report on brand consistency across product lines, promotional materials, events, and brand communications, including sell sheets, renders, and hero images. Help coordinate social media and digital channels to engage target consumers and promote brand growth. Act as a liaison between social and digital media channels and external partners such as agencies, vendors, influencers, and talent. Support the development of marketing materials, packaging design, and sales collateral by coordinating efforts between corporate marketing, third-party vendors, sales, and trade marketing teams. Follow up on material quality. Research category insights and analyze market trends and syndicated data to support brand segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Prepare and present insights to internal and external stakeholders. Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate qualitative and quantitative research, including sampling, concept testing, and sensory analysis panels. Create and support growth strategies and contribute to annual business planning initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Two years of marketing experience, or one year of Sigma internship experience Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience in social media, web, digital, or SEO marketing One year of CPG or culinary industry experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience creating and analyzing Excel databases, graphs, pivot tables, and business presentations Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Knowledge of consumer segmentation, targeting, brand positioning, and consumer insights Understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive environments Spanish-speaking capability preferred Environmental / Working Conditions Travel up to 15% and ability to work in a hybrid environment (home and in-office as needed) Physical Requirements Typical home and office environment with frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of hands, eyes, and fingers to operate office equipment and technology.
