This is a hands-on role focused on managing our CRM, building and maintaining marketing campaigns and automations, troubleshooting technology issues, and helping improve the systems our teams and agents use every day. You do not need to be a software developer. You do need to be technically capable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our GoHighLevel CRM environment. Build, test, and maintain email and SMS campaigns, workflows, triggers, and lead-nurturing automations. Manage custom fields, tags, pipelines, smart lists, forms, calendars, users, permissions, and other CRM configurations. Build and troubleshoot lead-routing and assignment workflows. Test campaigns and automations before launch and troubleshoot issues when something is not working correctly. Monitor CRM and campaign activity and identify opportunities to improve follow-up, engagement, and workflow efficiency. Help maintain clean and accurate CRM data. Use tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude to troubleshoot problems, create solutions, and automate repetitive tasks. Provide CRM and technology support to JMG agents and internal team members. Help troubleshoot CRM questions, lead issues, login problems, system errors, and other technology-related requests. Document important workflows, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Assist the JMG Technology team with new systems, tools, integrations, and projects as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience working with GoHighLevel or another CRM and marketing automation platform. Experience building workflows, automations, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, or lead-nurturing sequences. A strong understanding of CRM concepts including contacts, opportunities, pipelines, tags, custom fields, segmentation, and lead management. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or similar platforms. Education/qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in , Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 2+years of experience working with CRM systems, marketing technology, sales technology, or business systems.
