About the Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical Loyalty Program Intern to support the development, execution, and optimization of our customer loyalty initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in customer retention strategy, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to enhance member engagement, improve program performance, and contribute to new loyalty initiatives. You'll Make a Difference By Assisting in the execution of loyalty campaigns (email, SMS, onsite messaging, and setup) Supporting segmentation and targeting strategies for loyalty members Analyzing program performance Helping maintain loyalty program content and promotional calendar Conducting competitive research on loyalty programs and customer engagement trends Assisting with A/B testing and reporting on campaign effectiveness Supporting member experience improvements across digital touchpoints Documenting processes and contributing to playbooks or internal resources About You Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interest in customer experience, retention, and brand loyalty Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets) Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with eCommerce or digital marketing tools is a bonus. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
