$25 - 30 per hour The Global Shared Services (GSS) Seeding team facilitates product seeding initiatives, bringing together cross-functional partners to elevate campaign messaging and sports marketing efforts for a global shoe and e-commerce company worldwide. We are seeking a Seeding Specialist to drive product seeding initiatives across major brand campaigns, influencer channels, global energy activations, and talent partnerships. In this role, you will lead operational communications for high-visibility seeding moments, photo shoots, and priority product drops. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a talent for navigating fast-moving, highly collaborative environments. A successful candidate possesses strong knowledge of influencer and product seeding workflows, an eye for process optimization, and a proven track record of monitoring social engagement and product visibility. You will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Global Energy, Global E&C, Product, and Merchandising teams to ensure seeding plans directly support seasonal stories and inventory availability. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the capacity to balance competing priorities. Embedded in a collaborative team within our Global Brand Marketing division, you will help expand the reach and consistency of our global seeding program.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for seeding communications across cross-functional units, including Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Global Energy, Global E&C, Merchandising, and Product. Develop and maintain standardized seeding templates, tracking tools, and order forms to ensure execution accuracy and clear visibility. Collaborate with the Global Energy Team and Brand Partners to draft and distribute seeding briefs outlining strategic goals, delivery timelines, and logistics. Evaluate current workflows and recommend scalable enhancements to streamline GSS seeding operations. Manage operational timelines to ensure prompt delivery of seeded merchandise to key partners, athletes, and global influencers. Assist in creating onboarding materials and process documentation to support the global expansion of our seeding framework. Partner regularly with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Product, Global Energy, Global E&C, Merchandising, Product Ordering, and Global Brand Marketing Operations teams. Interface with Brand Product Experts and Brand Directors to align product distribution with overarching brand strategies and business targets. Work alongside Global Energy and Global E&C teams to guarantee key Energy product lines are delivered on schedule. Help establish a standardized, repeatable seeding model that strengthens global narrative campaigns.

1. 1+ years of experience in an office environment (2+ years in brand, influencer, or sports marketing/PR preferred). 2. Experience with placing product orders, using style codes, or interest in visual merchandising. 3. Tapped into pop/mainstream culture with enthusiasm for Skims products.

Soft Skills:

Type A personality, cross-functional communication, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:

Experience creating gifted product kits for celebrities/influencers tailored to themes/interests, social media tracking metrics, and prior Nike/industry experience
