We found ourselves enamored with understanding the process of what makes a game successful. Through our combined understanding, we found that the real essence of a successful game comes down to three things: Product, Marketing, and Operations. We are seeking a Marketing Analyst Contractor on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will work closely with our global teams to write SQL queries, optimize marketing strategies, and analyze user acquisition campaigns.
Contract Overview Contract Duration:
3 to 6 months initial term.

Key Responsibilities Query & Extract Data:
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze user acquisition, retention, and campaign data across multiple ad platforms and relational databases.
Campaign Performance & Insights:
Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital ad networks (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok), providing actionable business insights to the marketing team.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with international partner teams and stakeholders using both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Build and maintain automated reports and visual dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, LTV, CAC, and conversion rates.
Executive Support:
Assist in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications Language Skills:
Native or business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) to collaborate with overseas partners and regional teams.
SQL Proficiency:
Solid working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, aggregations, and subqueries on relational databases.
Analytical Mindset:
Highly analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and structured approach to problem-solving.
Technical/Quantitative Background:
Degree or background in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Data Visualization & Tools:
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or Excel for visualization and report generation.
Understanding of Marketing Metrics:
Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CPI, LTV, Retention Rate).
A Plus For Gaming Passion:
Experienced mobile game player with an interest in understanding user behavior and player funnels.
Ad Platform Experience:
Familiarity with campaign management tools on ad networks like Meta/Facebook Ads, Google App Campaigns, or programmatic channels.
Scripting Skills:
