This includes evaluating the current ingredient offering, identifying strengths, opportunities and weaknesses, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The role is highly cross-functional, working closely with R D, Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, ensure successful launches and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with R D and cross-functional teams, from initial product development to market launch and eventual phase-out. Drive product positioning and go-to-market strategy working closely with Global Sales to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory constraints to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities; deliver insights regularly to sales and leadership teams. Support sales enablement and product communication by maintaining value proposition databases, developing training tools with Marketing. Ensure regulatory alignment and operational readiness by collaborating with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and attending industry events to inform strategy and competitiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field 3+ years of product management experience in fragrance, flavor, chemical, or adjacent industries Proven success managing products from concept to launch, with strong market awareness and strategic thinking Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Innovative, results-driven mindset with leadership presence and adaptability in fast-paced environments
