CRM Specialist/Coach Cardone Enterprises Inc - 3.4 Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time $72,000 - $92,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Coaching User training (technical support) Instructor-led training (training delivery method) Sales automation technologies Teaching Full Job Description Position Overview The CRM Specialist & Coach teaches CRM architecture, workflows, and automation for a portfolio of fractional revenue clients, and personally coaches client teams on how to use their CRM to run their business. This is a hands-on build role and a client-facing advisory role in the same person. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CRM setups (pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and automations) tailored to each client's sales process. Audit existing client CRMs to identify data hygiene issues, broken automations, and workflow gaps, then remediate them. Lead recurring client office hours and 1:1 sessions coaching client teams on CRM usage, adoption, and best practices. Document standard operating procedures and quick-reference guides clients can use. Stay current on major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive) relevant to the client base. Required Qualifications 3+ years hands-on CRM administration/implementation experience across at least one major platform. Demonstrated experience training or coaching non-technical users, not just building for technical ones. Strong grasp of sales pipeline logic, lead scoring, and marketing/sales handoff. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading a live client session. Preferred Qualifications Experience across multiple CRM platforms. Background in an agency or consulting environment serving multiple clients concurrently. CRM platform certifications (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
