Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support the organization's Digital Marketing and eCommerce initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement. This individual will leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and other analytics technologies to evaluate website and digital channel performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and action-oriented, with the ability to independently investigate business questions, develop reporting solutions, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools to develop, maintain, disseminate, and present reports and dashboards related to web and digital performance. Analyze key business and website metrics, including customer visits/traffic, quote conversion, order conversion, distribution channel performance, and revenue generation. Proactively monitor KPIs and performance trends, identify areas requiring deeper analysis, and communicate the potential business impact to decision-makers. Translate stakeholder questions and business needs into actionable analyses, reports, dashboards, and recommendations with minimal supervision. Present complex analytical findings to senior management and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner through written reports and interactive presentations. Maintain and continuously improve departmental data analysis tools, reporting templates, methodologies, and analytical techniques. Develop new reporting tools and solutions to support evolving Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and business requirements. Establish, track, and monitor data quality metrics to ensure reporting used for business decisions is accurate, reliable, comprehensive, and consistent. Partner with IT and other technical teams to investigate and resolve data quality issues, reporting deficiencies, and data availability challenges. Support management in representing Digital Marketing requirements within enterprise data governance initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve website and digital channel performance through data-driven insights and continuous analysis. Assist management with mentoring, training, and developing less-senior analytics professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's level Degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related field required. 2 - 4 years experience working with Google Cloud Platform tools including Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Data (Looker) Studio, and Google Sheets Demonstrated expertise in SQL working with Big Data sourced from both relational databases (SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle etc.) and flat files; experience in Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and Azure Blob, S3 is a plus Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and Python a plus Strong working background in Data Mining, Data Extraction, & Coding
