Responsibilities As a PureWick Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our PureWick Home System program while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring patients receive the products they need.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct customer follow-up Perform inside sales and sales conversions Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Process and track product orders Manage referrals through our sales funnel/CRM system Send fax requests to healthcare providers and obtain required billable documentation Provide product education and answer customer questions about the PureWick Home System Triage customer concerns and assist with product-related questions Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records Work closely with providers, patients, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing Complete additional administrative and office duties assigned Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required Marketing, Business Administration, General Business, or related degree preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Experience & Skills Strong work ethic with a desire to build a long-term career Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional attitude and appearance Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to think outside the box and take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Zoho
CRM, EMR
