We are looking for a driven Sales Analyst to join our agriculture business in Immokalee, Florida, supporting sales growth across the Southeastern region. This role combines market-facing sales activity with analytical support, helping the team evaluate pricing, identify opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships in the fresh produce space. The position is primarily onsite during the training period and offers a blend of office-based planning and regional travel once fully ramped up.

Responsibilities:

Analyze daily pricing and sales activity to help guide customer outreach and support profitable growth across assigned accounts. Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline by researching potential customers, initiating outreach, and following up consistently on new business opportunities. Partner with sales leadership and local management to expand relationships with wholesale buyers, distributors, and major retail accounts. Monitor account activity and market changes to identify openings where service gaps or supplier issues may create new sales opportunities. Travel throughout the region to meet customers, attend industry events, and strengthen business development efforts in key markets. Support the sales process with reporting, account insights, and operational coordination that help improve responsiveness and client service. Develop product knowledge across the company's fresh produce portfolio in order to communicate value clearly and recommend suitable solutions to customers. Work closely with field sales partners and territory teams to position yourself as a trusted resource for produce-related sales opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility with customers and internal teams. Persistence and resilience in a sales environment, including comfort with outreach, follow-up, and handling rejection professionally. Willingness to learn fresh produce categories, pricing dynamics, and customer buying patterns. Ability to work onsite in Immokalee, Florida during the initial training period and manage regular regional travel afterward. Comfort working in a fast-paced setting that requires attention to detail, time management, and consistent follow-through. Experience with sales analysis, reporting, or sales support is preferred. Ability to work approximately 40-50 hours per week in a role that blends analytical tasks with customer-facing responsibilities.
