We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled GoHighLevel CRM Specialist to join our innovative marketing team! In this role, you will harness the power of the GoHighLevel platform to optimize customer relationship management, automate marketing workflows, and drive impactful lead generation campaigns. Your expertise will enable us to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels, enhance our digital marketing performance, and support our demand generation strategies. Duties Implement, customize, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM workflows to streamline marketing operations and improve customer engagement. Develop and manage multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing email automation, SMS, calls, and other integrated channels within the platform. Integrate GoHighLevel with other essential tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, and Google Analytics to ensure seamless data flow and comprehensive analytics. Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL, data analytics tools, and web analytics reporting to monitor digital marketing performance and refine strategies accordingly. Manage lead segmentation and product market segmentation efforts to target specific audiences effectively and increase conversion rates. Set up and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on demand generation marketing and B2B marketing initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product teams, and external vendors to implement marketing automation solutions that align with overall business goals. Maintain proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript to customize landing pages and email templates for optimal engagement. Monitor attribution modeling to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts. Qualifications Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform including implementation, customization, and automation setup. Strong technical proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and data analytics tools. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email marketing software, web analytics reporting tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms like Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrated ability in lead generation strategies through multichannel campaigns and demand generation marketing tactics. Experience with CRM system proficiency including Salesforce or HubSpot is highly desirable. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams in a fast-paced environment.
