Research, analyze, and interpret local, regional, and national market conditions affecting demand for the company's event-rental, temporary-structure, and related services to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market data from customer relationship management (CRM) systems, industry publications, public databases, customer surveys, competitor information, sales records, demographic sources, and other research resources. Analyze customer purchasing behavior, market trends, seasonal demand patterns, geographic markets, customer demographics, and service utilization to identify existing and emerging market opportunities. Conduct competitive market analyses evaluating competitors' pricing strategies, service offerings, market positioning, geographic coverage, promotional activities, and customer markets, and prepare recommendations to strengthen the company's competitive position. Develop market forecasts, demand projections, pricing analyses, revenue models, and business forecasts using quantitative and statistical analytical methods to support strategic planning and business growth. Analyze customer acquisition data, sales performance, lead-generation metrics, customer retention, marketing expenditures, campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and account profitability to identify opportunities to improve business performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, digital advertising, referral initiatives, networking efforts, and customer-development programs using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, presentations, and written summaries communicating market research findings, statistical analyses, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management. Recommend data-driven strategies concerning pricing, market expansion, customer targeting, product and service positioning, marketing investments, resource allocation, and revenue growth based on market research and analytical findings. Monitor economic conditions, consumer preferences, industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive activity affecting the event-rental industry, and advise management regarding emerging risks, market trends, and business opportunities. Collaborate with management to develop data-driven recommendations designed to increase market share, improve customer acquisition and retention, optimize marketing performance, and support long-term business growth.
