Job Summary Leap CRM Specialist - Tampa, FL Full‑Time | On‑Site / Hybrid | Window & Door / Exterior Remodeling Industry About the Role We are seeking an experienced Leap CRM Specialist to optimize, manage, and expand our CRM workflows for a high‑performance window and door operation in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who understands contractor sales processes and can translate them into clean, efficient, automated Leap workflows. You will own the CRM setup end‑to‑end: product libraries, pricing tables, proposal templates, financing integrations, reporting dashboards, and user training. Key Responsibilities CRM Workflow Management — Build, refine, and maintain Leap workflows for sales, estimating, and contracting. Template & Document Creation — Create proposal templates, contracts, and dynamic pricing engines. Product Library Setup — Maintain SKUs, pricing, options, and configurations for windows, doors, and accessories. Integration Management — Connect Leap with NetSuite Sales Team Support — Train reps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth adoption. Reporting & Analytics — Build dashboards to track sales performance, close rates, and operational efficiency. Process Optimization — Identify bottlenecks and streamline sales workflows. Required Experience Hands‑on Leap CRM experience (setup, configuration, templates, pricing tables). Background in window, door, roofing, or exterior remodeling sales operations. Experience with JobNimbus, is a plus. Strong understanding of sales process mapping and contractor workflows. Ability to train teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Pay:
$49,867.93 - $60,056.00 per year
