Full Job Description Description:
For Competitive, High-Energy Builders Who Want to Win Why This Role Exists CeriFi's Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team powers the commercial engine by turning data into insight and ensuring our sales, marketing, and product teams execute efficiently. As a GTM Operations Analyst, you'll be a key partner in helping us analyze performance, maintain dashboards, and automate reporting so leaders can make faster, smarter decisions that drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who's highly analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to see how data turns into strategy and action. You'll work closely with senior GTM Ops team members while gaining visibility into sales processes, pricing, compensation, and market trends.
What You'll Own Reporting & Dashboards:
Build and maintain recurring sales and marketing performance dashboards (primarily in Salesforce, Excel, and QuickSight) to track pipeline, bookings, rep productivity, and other KPIs.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales, marketing, and product data to surface trends, identify risks/opportunities, and support leadership decisions.
Automation & Data Hygiene:
Help streamline reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and support automation efforts to scale GTM reporting.
Compensation Support:
Partner with Revenue Ops leadership to model sales compensation scenarios, validate attainment data, and support plan communication.
Month-End & Ad Hoc Analysis:
Provide data pulls, sales reconciliations, and quick-turn analyses to support forecast reviews and leadership questions. What Success Looks Like A clearly defined, consistently executed revenue process across Sales and Customer Success. Improved pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates. High satisfaction from field teams due to responsive, effective support. Accurate, transparent, and trusted compensation processes. Strong cross-functional alignment and execution against GTM priorities.
Requirements:
What you Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-5+ years of experience in data analyst, business analyst, or sales operations support role (SaaS or GTM experience a plus) Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query). Familiarity with Salesforce reporting; experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders. Curious and proactive; eager to learn GTM processes and support continuous improvement.
