Responsibilities:

Work with a cross-functional team, gathering and analyzing data, formulating differing hypothesis and developing models and solutions to challenging problems. Identify and craft a clear and compelling purpose of a data analytics project. Execute the necessary steps to gather primary and secondary data, explore and clean data, generate necessary models in order to interpret the results and run models on real data. Perform data gathering via secondary and primary source research methods. Analyze qualitative data to uncover industry, company, and customer trends. Create in-depth reports and stellar deliverables, communicating the story the data tells senior leadership. Generate reports using dashboards and scorecards to visually depict KPIs. Curate and depict the ideal customer experience based on data modeling and insights. Qualifications Education:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant program required\

Software Knowledge:

Differing Integrated Development Environment (IDE) disciplines, PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau Top-caliber curiosity, initiate-taking and critical thinking skills

AI Readiness:

Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards. Prior experience with specific tools is not required — we value curiosity, adaptability, and good judgment.
