We specialize in branding, market research, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and behavior change initiatives for higher education, government, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. We're seeking an experienced Market Research & Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our team on a 3-4 month contract . This individual will play a key role in the Discovery & Assessment phase of a strategic branding initiative by facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions, conducting interviews, and gathering meaningful qualitative insights that will inform strategic recommendations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, leading thoughtful conversations, and creating an environment where participants feel comfortable sharing honest feedback. Key Responsibilities- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and listening sessions with diverse audiences.
- Conduct executive and stakeholder interviews, as assigned.
- Guide productive discussions while encouraging balanced participation from all attendees.
- Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to uncover meaningful insights.
- Record stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews for documentation and analysis.
- Capture key observations and prepare concise post-session summaries.
- Support participant coordination and on-site session logistics.
- Conduct limited background or desk research, as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the project team throughout the Discovery & Assessment phase.
- Represent PivotPath professionally during all client-facing engagements. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Business, Higher Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience facilitating focus groups, stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, interviews, or qualitative research.
- Exceptional facilitation, interviewing, and active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a project team.
- Professional, adaptable, and client-focused. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

- Consulting Location & Travel The ideal candidate is based in or near Macon, Georgia, and is willing to travel throughout Middle Georgia to facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions at multiple client locations.
