TouchScreen Pros is seeking a creative, hands-on Multimedia & Product Specialist to help show customers what our LiteTouch interactive displays and LED video walls can do. This person will produce videos and photography, manage our LinkedIn content and YouTube channel, and support product demonstrations and trade shows. The role also includes customer support and occasional help with deliveries and installations. The ideal candidate can take a video from idea to finished product—including lighting, audio, filming, and editing—and is a self-starter who can manage several projects at once. Key Responsibilities Video, Photography & Social Media Plan, shoot, light, and edit product videos, demonstrations, tutorials, customer stories, and trade-show content. Set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional-quality footage. Photograph interactive displays, LED video walls, installations, customers, and company events. Plan, write, and publish LinkedIn posts for our education and business audiences. Manage the TouchScreen Pros YouTube channel, including uploading videos, writing titles and descriptions, creating thumbnails, organizing content, and reviewing performance. Maintain a content schedule and organize video and photo files for use by the sales, support, and marketing teams. Product Demonstrations & Trade Shows Learn LiteTouch displays, LED video walls, and related products well enough to deliver clear, confident demonstrations. Assist with live and virtual demos for customers and partners. Represent TouchScreen Pros at trade shows and events, including booth setup, product demonstrations, photography, video capture, and customer conversations. Work with the sales and support teams to turn common customer questions into helpful content. Customer & Field Support Assist customers by phone, email, or onsite when needed, and document support issues in Zendesk. Help troubleshoot basic product questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team member. Occasionally assist with product deliveries, installations, setup, and testing. Help prepare, transport, and handle equipment for customer visits and events. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit high-quality video. A portfolio or video reel is required. Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software. Strong photography, writing, and social media skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, multitask, and follow projects through to completion. Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products in person. Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn interactive displays, LED video walls, and related technology. Experience with NovaStar software is a plus. College education is a plus but is not required. Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles. Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and other business needs.
