We are looking for outgoing, dependable individuals to join our recruiting team as Part-Time Call Center Representatives . In this role, you will contact people by phone and ask a series of screening questions to determine whether they qualify for paid market research studies. This is not a sales position and not cold calling . The individuals you will be contacting have already expressed interest in participating in research and have agreed to be contacted.

What You'll Do:

Conduct telephone interviews with potential research participants Follow screening questionnaires and accurately enter information into our database Schedule qualified participants for research studies Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on every call Work closely with team members to meet recruiting goals

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and listening skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions Enjoy working as part of a team Previous phone, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation:
