The must haves:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, marketing operations, or campaign execution. Quantitative and analytical application of numbers, data, and marketing metrics. Experience analyzing campaign reporting and marketing performance data to identify trends, measure results, and recommend optimizations. Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across one or more paid media platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV360, or similar platforms. Utilization of Microsoft Excel and marketing analytics or reporting tools.Nice to haves:
Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team across a multi-functional organization. Initiative to advance projects with limited direction. Adaptability and willingness to learn new digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices. Commitment to achieving goals and meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to listen, learn, and incorporate feedback and mentoring.Pay Range:
USD 65,000
to 100,000 Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available. Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
