Job Description
Job description: The Tradeshow Lead Coordinator is solely responsible for setting up, planning, and executing all tradeshows in the US for Baron of Dice. This will include sales for licensed partners within our booth setup as well. This is a very important role within our company. Implementing a positive Baron of Dice presence at various trade shows throughout the year, planning and aiding in event marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, assisting with market research while at the show and talking with customers in person, and being solely responsible for administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of every tradeshow. This includes extensive travel to each region hosting trade shows. In addition, this position during the off time, will act as a sales assistant. This role includes establishing new retail accounts and maintaining existing relationships with key retail partners and fostering the relationships that are established at each convention.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show Coordination:
- Register for the outlined trade shows. Secure a prime booth at these trade shows. Secure travel accommodations for these trade shows.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to establish a known presence at these events. Prepare a list of event dates 6-12 months in advance giving our design staff time to execute graphics for each event.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of vendor product and marketing materials. This is essential for our licensed partners.
- Generate at least 1 new trade show location per quarter. Register, attend, and conquer this event. Whether this event is bi-annual or annual, keep adding and changing.
- Handle logistics, registrations, and promotional activities for events. The events that are a must attend include, but not limited to: Las Vegas Open

Content Management:
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts at each event. We operate a treasure chest for each event, bringing additional people to our booth.
- Update and maintain the company website and social media profiles with each event. Forecasting and outlining in a blog format is ideal, getting this information to our website designer so she can execute.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, market needs, and competitive analysis. Report back on neighboring booths, foot traffic, and general consensus compared to our location. Prepare and report a briefing after each event.
- Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and sales tactics. Retain this information for future events, secure the prime booth location always.
Sales Support:
- Assist in sales with lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management post each event. Including the most popular items and customer discussion with your store accounts.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports post trade show, which ties into the above during market research.
- Reach out and secure new retail accounts during down time. Follow up on leads.
- Maintain current retail accounts, including new product updates to each client.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Training will be provided.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain marketing and sales databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders regarding marketing and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Clean driving record and ability to drive a box truck and lift 75+ lbs for each event.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. This is an organized and well kept position. If you are sloppy or messy, do not apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools, social media platforms) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+lbs of merchandise to and from shows.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$22/hour plus commission opportunities.Schedule:
