Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to improve how operational, claims, and market data are structured, linked, and maintained for business use.
- Analyze business and healthcare-related data to uncover trends, performance patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Build and refine dashboards, reports, and visual summaries using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SQL-based reporting solutions.
- Evaluate data quality and integrity, recommending enhancements that increase accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting outputs.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders, supporting forecasting, segmentation, and market analysis efforts.
- Work across systems and departments to identify process improvements, streamline reporting workflows, and increase automation where appropriate.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and propose practical solutions that align analytical work with departmental priorities.
- Adjust deliverables and timelines as business needs evolve, ensuring work remains focused on the highest-value opportunities.
