Description:
Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs for drone, software, and analytics solutions. Create customer-facing educational content, including presentations, onboarding guides, instructional videos, and product documentation. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused training and sales enablement materials. Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and field training to support sales and product adoption. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to develop scalable learning resources. Support new product launches by creating training materials and enablement programs for customers, dealers, and partners. Capture field demonstrations and customer success stories to develop best practices and instructional content. Drive continuous improvement of training programs while supporting customer success and sales effectiveness.

Precision Agriculture Drone Technology (Part 107 Certification Preferred)
Remote Sensing Agronomy & Crop Scouting Instructional Video Creation Multimedia Content Development Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Education, Agriculture, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer education, product support, or sales enablement. Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs. Experience creating customer-facing documentation, onboarding materials, and product demonstrations. IND_
NIT Pay:
$50.00 - $52.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with travel throughout the US and Canada likely 50% of the time offering product demonstrations with customers (Mandatory) ?
