In this role, you'll support the Compliance & Standards Excellence team by maintaining product certifications, tracking global regulatory requirements, and coordinating compliance efforts across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams. What You'll Do as a
Product Compliance Specialist:
Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and product certifications for domestic and international marketsTrack and implement new global product regulations and certification requirementsCoordinate compliance activities with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teamsConduct compliance reviews within product development and part release processesInterface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification organizationsMaintain and improve compliance systems, processes, and reporting requirementsMonitor certification-related vehicle and engine tracking and prepare regulatory reports What You Need to Bring to theProduct Compliance Specialist Role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldPrevious experience in product compliance, vehicle certification, or regulatory affairs preferredAutomotive compliance experience required; powersports compliance experience is a plusProject management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong research, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to take direction, adapt quickly, and learn new regulations and processesProficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation systemsPreferred Qualifications:
