What You'll Bring:
Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience developing and delivering individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and caregivers Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet students diverse learning needs Organizational skills to maintain detailed records and progress reports Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering student success
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on students IEP goals Deliver engaging instruction in both group and one-on-one settings Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to families and administrators Collaborate with general education teachers to support students inclusion in classroom activities Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages growth, confidence, and learning
