Sales Position Summary The Sales Analyst provides administrative and analytical support to the sales leadership and operations teams. This role is responsible for reviewing and organizing sales data, preparing reports and documents, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales, inventory, and returns data to create clear, actionable reports for sales leadership.
Sales Operations Support:
Collaborate with Logistics and Billing teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolving issues that could impact delivery or performance.
KPI Tracking:
Monitor sales performance, territory coverage, and quota attainment; identify trends and areas for improvement.
Pricing & Compliance:
Review pricing, discounts, and promotions to ensure accuracy and consistency, preventing billing errors.
CRM & Data Management:
Maintain accurate customer and territory information in CRM/ERP systems for reliable reporting and segmentation.
Field Support:
Coordinate promotional materials and resources to help field teams execute effectively.
Administrative Support:
Assist with tasks such as expense reporting, approvals, and workflow management, following company policies.
Operational Flexibility:
Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support the sales team. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or analytical roles Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and SAP preferred Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Education Minimum:
High school diploma or
GED Preferred:
