Unlike traditional internships with narrowly defined responsibilities, Entrepreneurial Interns contribute across multiple functions based on the needs of the business. Projects may include customer discovery, operations, product development, marketing, sales, research, business strategy, process improvement, or other high-impact initiatives. This internship is designed to develop an entrepreneurial mindset through ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and experiential learning. Career Readiness Competencies Take initiative to learn new tools, systems, or procedures on the job. Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset when facing challenges.
