  • Director, Accounts
  • , you'll oversee all aspects of client accounts - including strategy development, timelines, reporting and budgets.
You will play a key role in fostering a digital-first culture, training and educating your colleagues on the latest tools, tactics and trends in digital programming. You'll utilize your strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of digital and social media advertising, audience segmentation, campaign management, and trends in online advocacy to strengthen our growing digital practice and further our clients' goals — whether they're in public affairs, policy, labor, nonprofit or corporate branding initiatives. Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. This base salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $108,000 - $125,400 per year.
  • What you'll be doing:
  • + Act as a subject matter expert offering strategic thought leadership to build and execute strategic paid digital campaigns that are sophisticated, measurable, and actionable on key client engagements + Analyze clients' digital strategies, lead strategic ideation sessions and partner with internal groups to create and deliver outcomes-focused solutions + Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current events, trends and changes within the digital space, and be able to incorporate this into best practices and recommendations into digital strategies for clients.
+ Create and articulate strategic narratives for new business pitches, internal teams and existing client engagements that delivers innovative, creative work to clients by advising on: + Designing strategies to move our targets and advance our client outcomes + Current tactics in audience segmentation and digital targeting + Data analysis to drive online advertising strategy and campaign measurement + Driving full funnel multi-channel audience engagement across social media, online/digital, video, email, web, and mobile platforms + Apply your experience to elevate strategic thinking across the organization. + Collaborate closely with a team of strategists to consistently deliver strategic solutions that meet agency standards
  • Our ideal candidate will have the following:
  • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, business, or similar area + 5+ years of experience in digital planning/strategy with progressive levels of responsibility, agency experience is a plus + Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly + Proven ability to strategically plan digital initiatives that align with clients' strategic goals, KPIs and outcomes across a varying range of digital campaign budgets + Expert level knowledge of paid advertising tactics, including but not limited to paid search, programmatic display, social, and video channels - In platform knowledge and campaign execution experience required + Experience in marketing automation, conversion rate optimization, and advance audience targeting + Experience translating highly technical information into presentable and digestible formats that inform campaign strategies and outcomes + Solid understanding and deep experience across the digital marketing industry with the ability to identify and execute emerging trends + Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills •Additional Information•MV Digital Group offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with affordable options for your healthcare including medical, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, fertility assistance, a substantial 401k plan to help plan for your future, generous paid time off, paid parental and caregiver leave and an employee assistance program to support your work/life balance, optional legal assistance, life insurance options, as well as flexible holidays to honor cultural diversity.
