Type:

full-time SUMMARY - This position will report to the product manager and will be responsible for executing new item setup and maintaining the catalog throughout the entire product life cycle. This role will provide support for a variety of specialized product processes and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Supports the Product Manager, Sourcing and Design Team with requests relating to development of new products Manages new SKU/item setup, inputting detailed information into Centric PLM systems and verifying data is populating correctly into ERP system Review and analyze sourcing quotes, product samples, and provide requests for changes or approvals as needed Maintains item updates and adjustments through full product life cycle, from creation to PO to launching on various sales channels Maintain and own trackers and internally communicate projects and status with relevant internal teams Collaborates, Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with cross-functional partners and delivers clear, comprehensive, and accurate information Prepare weekly and ad hoc reporting as needed Analyzes current product lines and identifies new product opportunities within existing categories Analysis of product group performance, trends and contribution, with a heavy focus on profitability. Identifies items within current line and makes recommendations on iterations (new case packs, colors/finishes, and multi packs and sets) Ideation -generate new ideas, prioritize them, develop and grow them into something bigger than just an idea on a post-it note and ultimately launch them for our customers to use and love. Aids in reviewing current product sales and recommends extension of catalog based on sales success

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical abilities, SKU management Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently as well as collaboratively Quick learner - Strong problem-solving skills Well versed in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Advanced skills in

Microsoft Excel:

VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables Knowledge of the Industry - Previous housewares industry experience is a plus Preferred Candidate will be located near

Solon, OH or New York City, NY Minimum Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required
