Approximately 20 hours/week to start About the Position DesignTunnel is looking for a motivated, organized and tech-savvy person to join our growing video production, podcast and drone company. This is a hands-on position that combines sales support, CRM management, project coordination, technology and production support. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, communicate professionally, solve problems and help us build better systems as the company grows. The right person does not need to know everything on day one. They do need to be curious, dependable and willing to learn. This role starts as a contract position at around 20 hours per week, working in our Oklahoma City office. For the right person, there is a clear path to grow into a full-time role as the company expands. Compensation This is a contract position — pay is based on experience. Responsibilities CRM & Sales Support Manage and maintain our Pipedrive CRM Add and update contacts, companies, leads, deals and activities Keep CRM information accurate and organized Research potential clients and identify decision-makers Assist with prospecting and lead generation Conduct cold outreach through email, phone and LinkedIn Follow up with prospects and existing leads Track conversations, next steps and follow-up activities Help move opportunities through the sales pipeline Learn DesignTunnel's services well enough to communicate effectively with potential clients Project Coordination & Scheduling Help manage scheduling for video, podcast and drone projects Coordinate project dates with clients and team members Maintain accurate production schedules and calendars Help make sure projects, meetings and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks Communicate scheduling changes with the appropriate team members Assist with keeping projects organized from initial contact through production and delivery AI, Automation & Systems We want someone who is interested in using technology to make the company more efficient. Be comfortable using or willing to learn ChatGPT and Claude Use AI tools for research, communication, organization and administrative tasks Learn how to automate repetitive tasks Help identify tasks and workflows that can be simplified or automated Help document and improve company processes Assist in building repeatable systems for sales, project management and operations Be willing to experiment with new software, AI tools and workflows Think beyond completing a task and look for ways to make that task easier and more efficient the next time Production & General Support This is a small creative company, so everyone helps when needed. Assist with preparing equipment for video and podcast productions Help load, unload and organize production equipment Help maintain an organized studio and equipment area Assist the production team on projects when needed Be able to safely lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds Be willing to take on responsibilities outside your normal routine when the team needs help What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to follow through Comfortable talking with business owners, marketing professionals and potential clients Comfortable making phone calls and conducting professional outreach Willingness to learn new technology and interest in AI, automation and improving workflows Comfortable working with computers and cloud-based software Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently without constant direction Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear Ability to recognize problems and help develop solutions Ideal Background A degree or experience in communications, marketing, business, sales or a related field is helpful but not required. More important than having experience with every tool is having the ability and willingness to learn quickly, think critically and improve how work gets done.
