This role partners with Merchandising, Brand, Product Development, Product Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Customer Service, and other teams to maintain accurate product, inventory, customer, and order information while supporting account needs and Off-Price business processes. Duties Assists with entering opportunities and tracking activity through the Salesforce lifecycle, including closeout and promotional opportunities. Coordinates the closeout and promotional process from Salesforce opportunity entry through SKU creation, buyer communication, and purchase order placement. Creates, tracks, and reviews rollout progress for accuracy, partnering with Forecasting to ensure items flow accurately through availability reporting. Maintains current opportunity dates and related information within CRM systems. Creates and maintains inventory sell sheets, including current product specifications, pricing, packaging, and related information. Leads the creation and delivery of semi-annual market closeout presentations by coordinating with cross-functional departments to consolidate product specifications, pricing, packaging, volumes, and related information into clear, accurate, and actionable presentations for customers and executive leadership. Facilitates the accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution of weekly availability reports by reviewing Forecasting submissions and validating data prior to customer communication. Facilitates customer sample requests, including samples sent to the showroom for appointments or directly to customers. Maintains customer buy grids and product information for assigned Off-Price accounts. Skills Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting a demanding and multi-location sales team. Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required. Experience with digital asset management tools, such as Bynder, preferred. Exposure to project management principles, timelines, and milestone tracking. Experience with ERP or MRP systems for production and inventory management is preferred. Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
