Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. This is a unique, hybrid role where you'll work with analytics, UX, and client teams to improve website performance, increase conversions, and create actionable optimization strategies. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, UX, or digital marketing and is excited to grow into a full-funnel strategist with hands-on training and mentorship. Responsibilities Review analytics dashboards to identify sitewide user behavior trends and funnel performance gaps. Analyze heatmaps, click maps, scroll maps, and session recordings to uncover opportunities for improvement. Partner with clients to share insights, validate priorities, and discuss optimization recommendations (training and support provided). Assist in creating CRO strategies, including A/B test ideas, UX recommendations, and copy/layout suggestions. Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure recommendations are feasible and implemented accurately. Draft A/B test briefs with variant details, metrics, and audience targeting. Help QA tests and track test results, providing performance insights and recommendations for next steps. Build optimization roadmaps, prioritizing opportunities based on impact and level of effort. Stay up to date on digital marketing and CRO trends. Requirements 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, UX, or related digital marketing roles. Comfortable reviewing data dashboards and interpreting trends (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar). Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts (you will be trained on tools and process). Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Contentsquare, Clarity, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable writing clear, actionable recommendations for web pages and user experiences.
