We are TÜV SÜD Group. At TÜV SÜD, the CRM & Lead Management Specialist supports lead management, CRM administration, and automation initiatives that improve sales efficiency and customer engagement. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will help ensure leads are accurately routed and followed up, maintain CRM data quality, develop automated workflows and nurturing activities, and continuously improve the customer journey and lead conversion process. Your Tasks Manage lead routing, assignment, and distribution within the CRM according to established business rules, while monitoring lead flow and identifying follow-up gaps or pipeline bottlenecks. Create and manage sales leads from multiple sources, including email, phone, events, webinars, and marketing activities. Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead handoffs, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion throughout the sales process. Maintain CRM data quality by auditing records, removing duplicates, applying data standards and naming conventions, and supporting accurate data imports. Build and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to track lead volume, campaign performance, conversion metrics, and other key sales and marketing indicators. Develop and manage lead scoring, customer segmentation, automated nurturing campaigns, email workflows, follow-up sequences, and other CRM automation processes. Identify and implement opportunities to improve CRM utilization, operational efficiency, and customer experience, including the use of AI tools and CRM-based AI agents to support lead management and market or company research. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 1-3 years of experience supporting CRM, marketing operations, sales operations, lead management, or a related function. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems integrated with marketing automation or sales engagement tools. Knowledge of CRM workflow automation, lead scoring, customer segmentation, lead lifecycle management, and business process optimization. Experience developing reports and dashboards and interpreting CRM, campaign, and lead-conversion data, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-import best practices. Familiarity with digital marketing, demand generation, email marketing workflows, customer lifecycle management, and the use of AI prompts or tools to support research and sales activities. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information The annual base salary for this position is $72,000 , with eligibility for a 10% annual bonus . This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams and requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus.
