NET Recovery Corp
CRM Specialist (HubSpot & CloudTalk)
Job Description
About the
Role:
NET Recovery Corp is building a compliant, scalable customer engagement stack across multiple states and clinic sites. We are hiring a CRM Specialist to own our HubSpot CRM and CloudTalk phone system end to end, designing the data model, workflows, pipelines, and reporting that our sales, intake, and marketing teams depend on. Because we operate in regulated healthcare, every configuration decision has to protect PHI and PII under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Tool defaults are not trusted blindly here. You will build the guardrails at the configuration and process layer.Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the HubSpot data model: custom objects, properties, record layouts, pipelines, and lifecycle stages. Build and maintain the automation layer: workflows, sequences, enrollment triggers, and branching logic. Configure CloudTalk call flows, IVR, routing rules, queues, agent setup, and dispositions, and own the CloudTalk to HubSpot integration so calls, recordings, and dispositions sync accurately.Build compliance into the configuration:
field-level restrictions, consent-tracking properties, restricted views, and redisclosure safeguards, so PHI and PII are handled per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Confirm BAAs are in place for both platforms and keep usage within scope. Manage users, teams, roles, and permissions, enforcing least-privilege access to sensitive records. Build the dashboards and reports leadership relies on, train internal users, and keep both instances clean, documented, and scalable. What Success Looks Like By 3 months: HubSpot and CloudTalk core configuration is live, with the primary workflows and call flows in use. Compliance reporting is in place, including HIPAA and any other applicable regulations. Process documentation is underway, covering how each tool works and how they connect. By 6 months: You have engaged stakeholders across the company to optimize and refine workflows. Reporting dashboards are live and actively used by the teams that rely on them.Required Qualifications:

Clear documentation habits and the ability to turn business needs into working system configuration. Strongly Preferred HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Software, Sales Software, and/or RevOps). CRM or telephony experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment, including 42 CFR Part 2 consent and redisclosure rules, PHI/PII handling, and BAAs.
