Hybrid In this position... Join Ford Credit as a Marketing Analyst, where you'll play a key role in developing strategic marketing initiatives for our Retail and F&I products. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of automotive financial services, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a real impact. What you'll do… Drive Marketing Strategy- Execute "always-on" marketing programs across Retail and F&I products, ensuring Ford Credit's products remain competitive and relevant. Be a Subject Matter Expert
- Advocate for Ford Credit Retail and F&I products, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Analyze Market Trends
- Monitor competitor strategies and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Optimize Campaign Performance
- Evaluate marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. Develop Marketing & Training Materials
- Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication programs to support internal teams and partners. Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with cross-functional departments and external partners to align with Ford Credit's business objectives. Lead Executive Reporting
- Partner with Product Managers to deliver monthly business updates on product performance and key executive reporting materials. Adapt to Evolving Priorities
- Pivot quickly to support changing department needs, including participating in or leading projects and pilots as required. Support Strategic Initiatives
- Directly support the Retail Marketing Manager in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that advance Retail Product team priorities. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
- Support key initiatives, including MCRP, Control Foundation, risk assessments, and other compliance-related activities. Demonstrate Ford OS Behaviors
- Uphold a commitment to Ford OS Behaviors to successfully execute the Ford+ Plan and drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
Retail & Lease:
Support the Retail and F&I Product Managers with product strategy, program enhancements, and departmental initiative rollouts. Participate/lead projects and pilots as required, demonstrating the ability to pivot to evolving prioritization. Track retail and F&I product marketing program expenses and provide periodic updates. Draft communications announcing departmental initiatives and managing PAC publication. Support Consumer Product Marketing key deliverables as well as Retail and F&I initiatives including First-Time Buyer, College Student Purchase Plan, Customer Loyalty Program, and other related programs. Experience writing business requirements, marketing tables, and conducting end-to-end testing Prepare and present proposals, business cases, POVs, project status reports, portfolio reviews, and other major support materials to management and executives. Monitor the external business environment and emerging trends; develop and share points of view for futures products and services. Collaborate and sustain teamwork across Ford Motor, Ford Credit, and external vendors as appropriate, ensuring alignment and prioritization of key deliverables.
