Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Analyst, you'll support the delivery of accurate and timely marketing reporting and analysis to inform day-to-day decisions at Midco. This role focuses on evaluating Midco's performance by leveraging data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into results. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other key teams to deliver reliable data, support analytics requests, and enable consistent, data-informed decision making. This is a hybrid position working a minimum of 1 day per week from our Sioux Falls or Edina office with the option to work-from-home the remaining days.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain marketing campaign performance reporting (e.g. direct mail, digital, web, leads), ensuring accurate, timely visibility into marketing results. Execute recurring and ad hoc analysis to support marketing initiatives, enabling teams to monitor performance and make informed data-driven decisions. Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Power BI to provide stakeholders with consistent, reliable access to key performance metrics. Act as a reliable analytics resource for internal stakeholders, supporting day-to-day data needs and helping teams leverage available tools and reporting. Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, effectively conveying insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and other external stakeholders to answer business questions with clear analysis and recommendations. Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills, effectively managing multiple requests and deadlines. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, ethical judgment, and accountability in all responsibilities. Follow and model Midco's mission, vision, values, ethos, and Leadership Success Drivers, and inspire others to do the same. Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco's privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures. Maintain reliable and predictable attendance as required by the position. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics or data science or closely related or equivalent combination of education, training or experience required. Master's degree in the above-mentioned fields is also acceptable. Minimum of 3 years analytics or related relevant experience. SQL and Excel proficient Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possess a working knowledge and understanding of project management tools such as ServiceNow; to effectively manage resources, track projects and tasks, report on progress and assist others in learning best practices. The hiring range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual's job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is moderate. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands. Heavy keyboard/mouse usage required with repetitive movements.
Physical Demands:
May occasionally be required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse, phone, etc.). Ability to read detailed information on screens, dashboards, and printed materials; may require prolonged screen time.
Mental Demands:
Analyze and synthesize complex information from multiple sources (e.g., market intelligence, competitive data, performance dashboards) to produce actionable insights and recommendations. Attention to detail while working with large data sets, dashboards, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and quality.
