Senior Marketing Data Analyst•Retail/E-commerce/Digital Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to work for one of our well-recognized retail clients. This person plays a key role in delivering high?quality international partner eCommerce experiences. This role focuses on PDP data accuracy, Salesforce execution, digital site planning, partner site proofing, and launch support.

Your Experience:

4-5 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, SKU tracking or related fields Background working with retail data is highly desired Communicating with international teams Strong data management and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment Clear and structured communicator Experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience working with cross-functional teams

Your Impact:

PDP Data & Salesforce Execution Execute day?to?day PDP data updates in Salesforce for international partner sites Build, update, and deliver product data for floorsets, special collections, and launches Maintain product and asset trackers to support on?time partner delivery Proactively identify missing data or assets and drive resolution with internal teams Manage partner data requests and confirm completion clearly and proactively Digital Site Plans & Site Updates Build and maintain digital site plans covering homepage content, PLPs, features, and campaigns Deliver clear, well?organized site plans aligned with brand and merchandising direction Track changes to ensure all planned content is delivered accurately and on time Execution Expectations Deliver accurate, thoughtful work with strong attention to detail Communicate clearly and proactively around status, timelines, and risks Stay organized across Salesforce, trackers, and site plans Work independently within established processes while flagging issues early Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?
