What You'll Do as a
Product Compliance Specialist:
Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and product certifications, including EPA, Transport Canada, EU type approval, and other international certificationsSupport engineering and product development teams to ensure compliance-by-design for new productsCoordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to achieve product compliance goalsConduct Product Development Process (PDP) and Part Release System (PRS) compliance reviewsInterface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification organizations as neededMaintain compliance systems, processes, reports, and certification documentationTrack regulatory changes, monitor warranty claims, and support implementation of new compliance requirements What You Need to Bring to the
Product Compliance Specialist Role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldAutomotive compliance, vehicle certification, or product compliance experience preferredProject management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong research, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to adapt quickly, learn new regulations, and follow direction effectivelyAbility to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)
Preferred Qualifications:
