- This role can be based in Columbus, OH or NYC - Hybrid schedule is 3 days in the office The Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for driving strategic media investment planning, forecasting, and optimization across Paid Media Channels.
- Support paid media investment planning, budget management, MMM scenario development, forecasting, and leadership presentations.
- Develop and maintain investment frameworks that quantify business impact and inform budget allocation and incremental investment decisions.
- Translate MMM insights into actionable media plans and investment recommendations that support business objectives, marketing efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Partner in the evolution of MMM capabilities, ensuring modeling insights are operationalized within planning, forecasting, and optimization processes.
- Support the development of forecasting capabilities that strengthen cross-channel investment decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap aligned to business priorities and growth opportunities.
- Lead the planning, execution, measurement, and documentation of paid media, creative, and platform testing initiatives.
- Evaluate creative and media effectiveness through structured testing frameworks and performance analysis.
- Connect testing and performance insights with MMM and investment planning to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Support go-to-market planning, measurement strategies, and performance evaluation for emerging platforms and marketing capabilities. Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or similar field; Retail experience highly desirable
- Deep familiarity with the digital environment/media buying process and possess 4+ years of performance media experience including deep knowledge around paid media platforms (including analytics platforms)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to take big data and derive takeaways/actionable insights
- Teammate with the ability to navigate an organization, influence partners and build consensus with internal and external partners
- Innovative mentality with intellectual curiosity
- Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining complex topics
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills Education
