This role sits within a Marketing Insights Center of Excellence, partnering with enterprise stakeholders to strengthen brand affinity and drive growth through donor-centric insights. You will lead high-visibility primary research initiatives from design through storytelling, informing brand, marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies. Position Overview for the
Marketing Research & Insights Lead:
Lead end-to-end primary research projects, including research design, fielding, analysis, reporting, and post-study socialization across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape brand, marketing, communications, and fundraising decisions. Build and manage brand health, segmentation, and testing programs (e.g., creative, message, and concept testing) to support enterprise priorities. Apply advanced methodology and analytical rigor across qualitative and quantitative approaches, ensuring best practices in sampling, weighting, and research execution. Develop compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations, leveraging data visualization and storytelling to drive clarity and decision-making. Requirements for the
Marketing Research & Insights Lead:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years in an insights function Demonstrated expertise in advanced, customized research methodologies (e.g., segmentation, tracking, discrete choice/conjoint, max diff, ethnography, web usability) Strong applied research project management skills across qualitative and quantitative study design, instrument development, and stakeholder/vendor management Mandatory hands-on experience with SPSS (or comparable statistical software) and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint-based reporting Proven ability to communicate insights to Executive and Senior Leadership through clear storytelling, persuasive recommendations, and high-quality presentations What's in it for you?
