Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with fields teams to provide support to reporting needs and project management routines Lead the end-to-end secondary volume process including ingestion reconciliation and accuracy, field team requests for edit, CCBSS accuracy collaboration, and overall secondary volume reporting Direct the end-to-end monthly OBR routing strategy and execution for field teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established timelines Proactively recommend continuous improvement of processes Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience
