To learn more about us, visit www.financeofamerica.com (http://www.financeofamerica.com/) Purpose of Role Responsible for the end-to-end production, quality assurance, deployment, and optimization of CRM email and SMS campaigns. Partners with CRM Strategy, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Creative, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to translate approved marketing strategies into accurate, scalable, and compliant customer communications while driving operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and production governance. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Serves as the subject matter expert for CRM campaign production, audience development, quality assurance, and deployment activities. Builds, configures, tests, schedules, and deploys email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related marketing technologies. Develops recurring, triggered, automated, and ad hoc campaign audiences using Data Extensions, Contact Builder, SQL, segmentation, and suppression logic. Performs comprehensive quality assurance to validate campaign content, personalization, tracking, links, rendering, audience selection, and deployment readiness. Troubleshoots campaign, automation, audience, and deployment issues; conducts root cause analysis and coordinates timely resolution with cross-functional partners. Maintains production standards, governance documentation, deployment checklists, naming conventions, version control, and standard operating procedures. Performs light HTML, CSS, and AMPscript updates to support email template maintenance, personalization, and responsive rendering. Monitors production schedules, identifies technical risks, communicates issues proactively, and recommends mitigation strategies. Partners with CRM Strategy, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and customer journey requirements. Identifies opportunities to improve production workflows through automation, documentation, governance, and process enhancements while supporting team knowledge sharing.   • Experience/Skills/Competencies Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM campaign production, marketing operations, email marketing, or marketing technology.
Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions. Experience building campaign audiences using SQL queries, segmentation, filters, exclusions, suppression logic, and Data Extensions. Experience building, testing, scheduling, deploying, QAing [LN3.1]and troubleshooting email and SMS campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template maintenance; experience with AMPscript preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills with the ability to resolve production issues. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Knowledge of email marketing best practices, compliance requirements, accessibility standards, and enterprise CRM operations. Qualifications

  • $100,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market.
The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
