Job Summary This part-time role allows you to work closely with our marketing team supporting a variety of tasks, including coordinating and tracking marketing projects, creating content for brochures and marketing materials, and assisting with photography needs. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about different aspects of marketing and the overall company.

Key Responsibilities Job Coordination & Tracking:

Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns, projects, and related tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to the team during marketing meetings.

Content Creation:

Write and edit content for brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful. Assist the team with ideas about how to present and explain the way we bring our different products and services to market.

Photography Support:

Capture high-quality photos for marketing purposes (e.g., events, products, company location and company culture). Assist in organizing and maintaining the digital asset library.

Meeting Participation:

Attend marketing meetings to take notes, provide updates, and contribute ideas. Learn from experienced team members about various aspects of marketing and the company s operations.

Key Qualifications Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Photography skills (experience with DSLR cameras is a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus.
