This is a hands-on position that combines field marketing, relationship development, social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy execution . The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating directly with property managers, visiting commercial and multifamily properties, identifying opportunities to promote our services, and creating professional content that represents our company and the quality of our work. Key Responsibilities Field Marketing & Business Development Visit multifamily communities, commercial properties, and other prospective client locations to introduce Berkley Services Co. and our services. Build and maintain professional relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, facility managers, and other decision-makers. Communicate directly with property managers regarding current, upcoming, and potential maintenance or improvement needs. Identify opportunities where Berkley Services Co. can provide services and communicate those opportunities to company leadership. Follow up with prospective and existing clients as directed. Represent Berkley Services Co. in a professional and positive manner at all times. Marketing & Social Media Photograph completed and ongoing company projects for marketing purposes. Edit and organize project photographs to create professional visual content. Write engaging and informative captions that highlight our services, completed projects, and company capabilities. Create and publish posts across the company's social media platforms. Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing channels. Help develop content ideas based on current projects, company activities, and seasonal marketing opportunities. Monitor social media content and assist with maintaining an active online presence. Marketing Strategy & Company Support Carry out marketing strategies and initiatives established by the Marketing Director and President of the company. Assist leadership with implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Track and communicate marketing opportunities, client feedback, and field observations to company leadership. Assist with developing new ideas to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Support other marketing and administrative initiatives as needed. Additional Qualifications May be required to go to sites to take measurements or gather information for bid preparation. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required . Professional and confident when communicating with property managers and business professionals. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently while following direction from company leadership. Ability to travel locally to visit properties and prospective clients. Basic photography and photo-editing skills. Experience with social media platforms and creating social media content. Ability to write professional and engaging captions and marketing content. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Marketing Construction or maintenance experience Social media management Property management Commercial property services Multifamily housing Sales or business development Photography or content creation Customer relations Employment Classification This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Taxes will not be withheld from payments made to the contractor. The contractor is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including any self-employment taxes.
