Job Description
Front Desk & Client Relations / Marketing Assistant Korean & English Bilingual Preferred We looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated team member who enjoys working with clients and has an interest in customer relations, beauty, skincare, and social media marketing. This position is more than a traditional receptionist role. A big part of the position involves building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, following up with clients, supporting promotions, and helping with our social media and marketing activities. Since many of our clients communicate in Korean, Korean & English bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred. What You'll DoClient Relations & Customer Service Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, products, and promotions Respond to phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Assist clients with general information about our skincare products and services Help introduce current promotions, services, and membership programs Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication Support overall client satisfaction and retention Marketing & Social Media Assist with daily and seasonal promotions Help create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms Assist with filming short-form videos, treatment/product content, and promotional videos Basic video editing or content creation experience is a big plus Experience with Canva is highly preferred Help create social media posts, Stories, Reels, flyers, and promotional materials Comfortable being involved in content planning and filming Bring new and creative ideas for promotions and client engagement Who We're Looking For Korean & English bilingual strongly preferred Friendly, energetic, outgoing, and comfortable talking with clients Strong customer service and communication skills Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients Professional, responsible, organized, and dependable Comfortable with client follow-ups and promotional communication Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics Social media and marketing experience is a strong plus Experience with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, or video editing is a plus Previous experience in customer service, sales, beauty, skincare, spa, or medical aesthetics is preferred Willing to learn — training on our products and services will be provided Schedule & Position Part-time to start: approximately 20-25 hours per week Opportunity to transition into a Full-time position Schedule may vary depending on business needs Weekend availability may be required
