This is an entry-level marketing position with fully paid training , hands-on experience, and opportunities for career advancement based on performance. No previous marketing experience is required. As a Marketing amp; Events Associate, you will gain practical experience supporting event marketing, experiential marketing, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retail marketing initiatives . You will represent well-known client brands at local events and retail locations while developing valuable skills in marketing, sales, customer service, communication, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning and execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns Represent client brands professionally at local events, retail locations, and promotional activations Engage directly with customers and provide a positive, professional customer experience Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives Help increase brand awareness through experiential marketing and face-to-face promotions Assist with daily campaign operations, event setup, execution, and reporting Work closely with the marketing team and Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals Learn and apply effective marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies Develop strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Maintain a professional and positive brand presence during all events and promotional activities Paid Training amp; Career Development No prior marketing experience is required. Our paid training program provides the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in an entry-level marketing role.Training may include:
