This position supports the team by providing ongoing trainings to create a positive team environment and manages the day-to-day operations. What You'll Do:
Assist the Marketing management team with daily operations, including managing guest contacts, bookings, staff assignments, and scheduling. Support the team in achieving budget goals and regional/corporate objectives, ensuring timely delivery of targets. Coach and mentor marketing representatives and guest ambassadors, providing performance feedback and documentation. Recruit, interview, and train new team members, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool. Partner with the Marketing Manager to provide coaching and performance reviews to team members, ensuring high standards are met. Cover shifts for absent team members, engaging with guests, booking tours, and selling packages. Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Minimum 2 years of Marketing or Sales experience is preferred. Minimum 6 months of people management experience in a Sales and Marketing environment is necessary. Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment. Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations. Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish. BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
