This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, office administration, order fulfillment, e-commerce, and social media/marketing support. The position is primarily office-based but may also include accompanying the team to off-site locations for content creation, customer/project visits, and marketing activities. Responsibilities Answer calls, assist walk-in customers & take orders Follow up with leads, quotes & existing customers Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs Cross-sell and upsell appropriate products Prepare quotes, invoices & customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipping Help manage Amazon orders, sales & product listings Keep customer information and follow-ups organized Respond to social media inquiries & assist with posting Occasionally assist with off-site content creation/recording and marketing activities General office support as needed Preferred Experience Experience in sales, Amazon Seller Central/e-commerce, horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, nursery/greenhouse, or landscape supply is a plus. Experience is preferred, not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, dependable, eager to learn, and takes initiative. Amazon selling/listing experience is a big plus , as we are actively growing this side of our business. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
