Technique Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, organized and creative Front Office & Marketing Assistant to be the welcoming face of our gym while helping tell our story through social media, community outreach, and marketing. This role combines exceptional customer service with creative communication to help families feel connected and informed. About Technique Gymnastics For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports.

Description Front Office & Marketing Assistant:

Part Time (30-35 hours weekly)

11345 Folsom Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 About the Role Technique Gymnastics is looking for a friendly, upbeat, and reliable Front Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position combines exceptional customer service with marketing and social media. Approximately 70% of the role is front office/member service, and 30% is marketing, social media, and community outreach.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

1-7 PM Friday- 2-8

PM and Occasional Saturdays:

8:30 AM - 1 PM What You'll Do Welcome every family with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Create memorable experiences that make every family feel welcome, valued, and excited to return. Answer phones and messages with exceptional customer service. Help prospective families find the right programs and enroll with confidence. Manage class registrations, payments, and member accounts. Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. Routinely check and clean lobby areas, bathrooms, and pro shop. Build relationships with families and look for opportunities to improve the member experience and help our business grow. Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram. Write captions that encourage interaction and program registrations. Capture photos and short videos of classes, camps, and special events. Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva or similar. Help promote classes, camps, clinics, parties, and special events. Assist with email marketing and other member communications. Distribute marketing materials throughout the community. Support community events, open houses, and outreach opportunities. Collaborate with our leadership team to help grow Technique Gymnastics. Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, team-first culture. Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software. Strong writing and proofreading skills. Confidence in using computers and learning new software quickly. A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. A team player who is dependable, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed. A passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and families. Marketing & Communications Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram. Write captions that encourage engagement and registrations, not just announce events. Capture photos and short videos of classes, camps, and special events while following child safety and privacy guidelines. Design simple flyers, email graphics, and promotional materials using Canva or similar software. Assist with marketing campaigns for classes, camps, parties, and other events. Coordinate distribution of flyers and promotional materials throughout the community. Help maintain a consistent brand voice across social media, email, and printed materials. Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and participation.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience working in a gymnastics, sports, fitness, childcare, or education environment. Photography or short-form video experience. Experience with email marketing or content creation.
